The Sp. z o.o. Or limited liability company is the most popular kind of company in Poland. A company available to most foreigners.
All foreigners can register a Sp. z o.o. Or limited liability company. You don’t need any specific kind of temporary residence card or visa etc., as long as you hold a valid passport, you can proceed with registering the company.
Does it include only starting a new company or joining an existing company as well?
All foreigners can either start a new company or join an existing one. They can become both shareholders and they can be appointed as board members.
